Camila Ferreira

Camila founded Essência Spa & Pilates with a vision of creating a space where movement, touch, and mindfulness work together to transform lives. A certified Polestar Pilates instructor with over 12 years of experience, she specializes in reformer pilates, postural correction, and rehabilitation programs.

After studying Physiotherapy at UFPR and completing advanced training in Clinical Pilates in São Paulo, Camila developed a method that blends classical pilates technique with functional movement principles. Her classes are known for their attention to detail, warm energy, and tangible results.

As studio director, Camila personally trains each team member and ensures every client receives personalized, evidence-based care.
